A great spot on Campbell Lake, not far from Elk Falls and Loveland Bay Provincial Park. There are 6 sites with picnic tables and fire rings and a couple outhouses throughout. There is a little beach and water access for canoes, swimming and fishing. This spot is great for vans and smaller campers but it wouldn’t be suitable for anything bigger than a small C class (there was a C class motorhome camping while we were there). Google Maps doesn’t give very good directions for this spot, so just be sure to keep an eye out for the Big Bay sign – it’s very visible from Campbell Lake Road and shows where you turn onto the fairly long access road to the campground. No cell service and no facilities so pack it in, pack it out.
Max stay is 14 days.
